PLEASE NOTE:  75% of my buyer's are re-sellers.  Several have asked me not to leave feedback for them so that their source of costumes is not given away.  There is no way that I can remember who wants or does not want feedback, so I have to make a change in my procedures.  From now on, if you do not wish feedback, simply do not leave any for me and that will be my clue not to leave it for you!  If you leave feedback for me, I will then know to leave it for you.  Thanks!  
 
This listing is for a brand new pair of Cicci butterfly wings.  These wings measure about 20" long by 20" wide.  Check my ebay store for more wings!

For US shipping, it is $7 for the first costume and $2 for each additional costume.

 

My International shipping charges are simple, $11.00 for the first costume and $3.00 for each additional costume.

ALL velvet items will be $1.00 higher on the international.

You do not need a "reason" to return a costume, but if you do need to return an item, please let me know asap!  Until you know for sure that you are going to keep a costume, if it came sealed in a bag (Cicci), please open the bag carefully so that it can be re-used.  The costume must be returned in the same "unworn" condition that it arrrived in, with all parts included.  Your purchase price, minus shipping, will be refunded as soon as the costume is returned.
