Terms of Sale

Being, by far, the largest seller of Club Glove covers on eBay, we ship a whole lot of covers all around the world.  We have established the following in order to allow you, the customer, to better understand what to expect from your order.

1.      Domestic freight costs are for the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx or UPS Ground (at our discretion); USPS Priority to AK and HI.  International Freight costs are for USPS International Priority.  In those instances where we ship USPS, we will utilize USPS Flat Rate packaging.  (In most instances this will cut your freight costs by well more than 50%).

Because of the size limitations of USPS Flat Rate Envelopes, we reserve the right to remove covers from their original clamshell packaging in order to keep freight costs low on orders to AK, HI and International destinations.  Alaskan and Hawaiian customers may opt to receive their covers in original packaging for an additional 5 dollars in freight, which reflects the price difference between USPS and FedEx.  (Again, we want to keep your freight costs relatively reasonable-- let's face it, freight costs are a bear in the best of circumstances.  The clamshell packaging for the 3-SW Iron Covers set does not fit into a USPS Flat Rate envelope,  but if we remove them from that pack then we can affordably ship them anywhere that USPS delivers... we think that it's a small concession for big savings.  Your covers will ALWAYS be brand new!)

2.   Tracking information, provided on domestic FedEx, UPS and USPS International shipments, will be emailed to you by the respective carrier.  Domestic USPS Priority provides delivery confirmation only.   International customers should also note that, in our experience, USPS International tracking is mediocre at best.  We have never had a package fail to arrive, but the tracking is horrendous and sometimes fails to reflect days spent in local customs offices awaiting clearance in the destination country.  If this should happen, please be patient.  We guarantee that you will receive your package, but can do nothing to alter the reality that is International Shipping.

3.      We warehouse most of the Club Glove items that we sell; other, less common items, we have arranged with Club Glove to direct ship to the customer.  For in-stock items we guarantee shipment within three business days.  The manufacturer does not make such a guarantee.  As such, there can sometimes be short back order periods prior to shipping head covers.  In this event, it is typically not more than a few days but can be longer during high season.  If your purchase is for a gift or is needed immediately for some other reason then it is always wise to send us an email confirming that the item is available for immediate shipment.  We will always strive, during high and holiday periods, to have sufficient quantities of most items on hand to meet all orders expeditiously.
