We do accept returns, however we ask that you ship it back to us with in 3 days of the day you receive it. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.  If it was packed in a sealed bag inside the box, the bag must NOT be open if it is returned. 

You must email us at: everydaygiftidea@aol.com and let us know you are returning an item.  Include your Full name and auction #. 

We do get some of our items from our supplier.  If in a rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will refund your money to you ASAP. If you would prefer to have a merchandise credit then we can do that instead.  Money refunds are only for out of stock items, not returns.  Returns will only get a merchandise credit.
