We are very excited with our newest manufacturer as their products have provided a very high level of consistency in both our inkjets and laser toner cartridges. All cartridges are assembled in an ISO 9001 or higher facility even the re-manufactured products.     

Nothing sold here at TDI is a drill and fill or inferior product.  We have 1000's of direct sales customers already who depend on us for their printing needs. The products sold here on Ebay are pulled and shipped right along side those customers orders from the same shelf. No open box or returned items will be sold without a large disclaimer.

All products are pre-tested at the factory before shipping to us and we additionally have our own testing procedures for a random selection of each shipment. We carry them in stock at our warehouse and they come directly from the manufacturer in China to us fully boxed for retail.  Always very fresh inventory with a very low defect rate. We ship M-F excluding major holidays and any additional UPS and USPS holidays.
