Returns are handled on a case by case basis and require a return authorization code.  In the event of a return all shipping charges(to and from) are NON-REFUNDABLE.  I understand shipping charges add to the cost of the item but as a buyer that is the cost incurred by doing business this way.  When making a return to a store the refund is for the amount on the receipt not for time and travel costs incurred going back and forth to the store, the same applies here.

I do my best to inspect all items before shipping them out but many of my items can only be completely inspected upon assembly or installation.  It is never my intent to ship out a defective or damaged item.  I respectfully request that you contact me immediately if there is a problem with your item, before leaving feedback, so I can correct the issue and make it right.  Communication is the key to solving any problems.  Your consideration in this regard is appreciated!
