Brand new, in the package, never been used Dakine foam stomp pad.  It is spongy which is great for grip and has holes so you can get rid of some of the snow and ice crud on the bottom of your boots more easily.  A stompt pad like this will help you get control of your board when you are not strapped in.  It is pretty hard to look cool when you fall in the lift line or gettting out of the chair--that's all I'm sayin'...
