Delivery Time |
All winning items will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is received.
For shipment within the US the average delivery time is 5 days.
Most of the time the package will be left at your mailbox / front porch, sometimes a notice will be left if no one if available at the time of delivery.
For International shipment the average delivery time 7-10 days.
Delay is common for overseas shipment, mostly due to custom clearance. Please understand that this is beyond our control.

Insurance |
We ship domestic (USA) combine shipping shipment with Fedex, Insurance are included up to $100 for domestic combine shipping shipment.
For other domestic packages (USPS), please consider adding insurance for $2. That way, you will be insured up to the item’s purchase price.
We will be glad to process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Insurance claims may take up to 45 business days to complete.
Once we receive the insurance claim from USPS, we will refund you within 24 hours.
USPS insurance does NOT cover shipments that track as "Delivered".

RETURN POLICY

We recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance and tracking number.
That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping.
Returns will be processed 7- 9 business days upon receipt of package.
We will issue full refund for the purchase price less shipping fee.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Shipping fee is not refundable.
EXCHANGE POLICY
