Shipping and handling:

Buyer agrees to pay the calculated shipping and handling for each item purchased. We usually ship the day after we get cleared funds but we reserve the right to delay shipment up to 10 business days due to internal scheduling.

We ship through UPS and other carriers. If you live in Canada , please contact us prior to get shipping quotes to your area. Our Goal is to have all orders processed and shipped within three business days of receipt of payment. For each shipment, we provide a tracking number. Please inform carrier of any shipping damage within 24 Hours of receipt of merchandise.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless requested otherwise, we ship packages WITHOUT signature confirmation. This means the carrier can leave the package at your door without obtaining your signature. We will not be held responsible if the package is stolen from your door after it's been delivered. Carriers do not insure such loss either. These packages are shipped by UPS or other shipping companies.

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE DONE ON FOB BASIS. This means that you own the item as soon as it is picked up from our warehouse. If the item arrives damaged, you will be reimbursed by the shipper. We will assist you in filling out proper forms, but in no event will such reimbursement come from us.

It is always cheaper to ship to commercial area with docking station.

Payment

You can pay by credit card (Master, VISA, American Express, Discover) or paypal.

7% sales tax will add to Puerto Rico buyers.

Return Policy

Damaged Products
If you suspect your product was damaged in shipping, inspect the product carefully. In many cases, the box may be slightly damaged but the product is fine.
If your package arrives damaged, please

Defective Products
We encourage you to test your Engine Parts within 15 days of receipt, so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems.

Warranty

We give the warranty to customers who bought our products through ebay.

Period: 6 months from originally purchasing date.

Covered: Replacement parts for the generator (include the engine).

Not covered:

1) Damages caused by shipping company or by abuse, accident, improper repair, or failure to perform normal maintenance.

2) Power units or engines which are covered exclusively by the warranties of their manufacturer.

3) Sales outside of the United States or Canada .

4) Any other expense including consequential damages, inci­dental damages, or incidental expenses, including damage to property.

Usually we provide the replacement parts promptly.
If your unit really need return you must get a return authorization number from
Sun Power Generator customer service department.
And you should read and follow the direction of our return policy .
Any unit returned WITHOUT an authorization number will be refused.
