Our goal is 100% satisfaction with every transaction. Therefore, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Most of the items that we sell are previously owned, unless stated differently, ie. (NEW or UNUSED) We give a 3 day money back guarantee on all the merchandise we sell. (Unless specifically stated AS-IS) If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via email within 3 days of receipt of your item and let us know of any problems. If we cannot make you happy, you can then return the item(s) for a full refund, minus shipping. If you have any questions please email us before you bid, after you bid is not the time to ask your questions about the item itself.
We test all merchandise thoroughly if they are used. We will note any problems that we find. Because we sell such a wide variety of merchandise sometimes we just don't know how to test every feature. If you would like any specific tests done on a used item we are selling please notify us and we will make every effort to comply with your request before your bid.

Returns
All items returned must be in the exact condition they were shipped in to qualify for a refund. If the item was received in a sealed retail package, it must be be returned in unopened condition. Please include the auction number in your package to assist us in processing your return quickly.
Keep in mind your bid on E-bay is a binding contract and payment is expected within 10 days of the ended auction. Shipping insurance is always recommended and if chosen it will be purchased on your behalf to protect your purchase during it's transit to you. We require insurance on some items. If you encounter damage during shipping, please contact us via email as soon as possible so that we can begin the claim process.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO INDONESIA OR NIGERIA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
Shipping is based on your location. Many auctions will have a "Calculate Shipping" option and if you put in your Zip code or country it will give you the costs of any types of shipping being offered. After winning an auction please forward your shipping information to us ASAP. We prefer that you use Ebay's check out system to save time. We will let you know the shipping charges based on the information you provide if there is no calculate shipping option or set shipping price.
Please remember to click on the add insurance box if you wish it on your purchase.
If being shipped outside the United States then insurance is MANDATORY on all purchases. Please be sure to include the cost of insurance for these items to prevent shipping delays.
On multiple purchases if they can be shipped together then shipping can be combined to SAVE YOU MONEY! Email us and let us know that you have purchased more than one item.

Do to increasing number of fraudulent checks and payment instruments, all forms of checks and money orders will be held up to 14 days prior to shipping to allow them to clear our bank.
If you are not within the USA we accept payments with Money Orders, Cashiers Check, Certified Funds, or Paypal in US$ funds ONLY.
Sales Tax
Items shipped within the state of Florida are subject to 6½% sales tax. Please be sure to include this in your payment to avoid delays. |
