This item ships by Fed-Ex freight on a pallet to prevent damage.  We have tried to ship these machine by ground shipping (UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL) and they continually arrive damaged.  Freight shipping is a few dollars more expensive, but its worth it if you want to receive your machine in good condition.
