Policies

Shipping Policy:

If your product is delivered to you with exterior damage as a result of shipping we will replace it for you with a brand new item.  At the time of delivery if you see that it is damaged you can reject the delivery.  If the product is delivered when you are not home and you realize it is damaged later, give us a call and we will direct you on how to get it replaced.

Policy on defective items:

Very rarley a product is defective right out of the box.  In this case please contact us and we will offer you a full replacement with a brand new unit.  If at any point during the 90 day warranty this unit stops functioning properly please contact us for a full replacement.

Returns:

All sales on ebay are final.  As a company we do not sell products which have been used, or opened and resealed.  As a result we can not accept returns on any of the items we sell.
