These hats are brand new straight out the the New Era Cap Co. boxes. These are an old lot of hats that I was fortunate enough to come into and now they are being offered up the the Florida Marlins Fans! The color under the brim is gray. These will all come with factory tags! Since these are the older style they do not have the big ugly 59/50 sticker, sorry. New Era Cap Co. Inc.

Where obvious faults or failures exist that I am aware of, I note them in my ads. The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional equipment, programming, alignment, installation or repairs to make the item they bid on to meet their expectations. The terms I use to describe my items may not mean the same to you as is it does to me, please keep this in mind and ask any questions you may have and view all photos before bidding. 6. I MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT within 4 days of auction closure, if a situation occurs you must notify me. If I don't hear from you, I will assume you are a deadbeat bidder.
7. NO DEADBEAT BIDDERS, if you do not intend to pay do not bid!! I will post negative feedback and contact eBay if a deadbeat bidder bids on any of my auctions.
8. Ebay feedback is voluntary and I always leave feedback if the customer does. My policy is to wait until the customer receives their item and is happy and leaves me feedback and I in turn do the same.
