This is a new eri sugata collar. The eri is a collar worn under the kimono that peeks out and gives the appearance of layering without adding another layer of clothing. This eri sugata is especially useful because it's pre-shaped for you, all ready to wear, not simply a strip of fabric, as you can see from the pictures of the back.
It's a cotton and polyester blend and one size fits all. It's a nice crisp white, and is a nice way to add elegance to your ensemble with a minimum of extra work.
