EastCoastShoeStore is dedicated
to selling the best shoes at the best prices. Our shoes are all
brand new, first quality with no known defects.
If for some reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your shoes
for a full refund less the shipping charged. The shoes must be
returned in the same condition as received, having only been tried
on for fit and size purposes.They must be returned with the
original box and shipped inside a corrugated box with a note
explaining the return. A 50% restocking fee will be charged if there
are signs of wear or the shoes are not returned in their original
box. There are no exchanges on international purchases.
If for some reason we have made a mistake, or
an error in the description, please e-mail us so we can fix the
problem, prior to leaving feedback. We want to make sure all of our
