If an item has not been opened or used, we will accept a return if the both the item and its packaging are in NEW and original condition with all original packaging, accessories and manuals included.
The restocking fee is 15% and the buyer must pay for all shipping.
If the item has been used or the packaging is damaged, then the item cannot be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.
