New Electronic Forklift Distributor Continental Engine

This is a NOS Prestolite distributor that has been upgraded to electronic ignition.  It has the provision for tachometer drive and fits many forklifts that used the 6-cylinder Continental flathead engine.  The shaft extension (distance from the mounting flange to bottom of the shaft collar) is approx 1-1/2” and the distributor turns counterclockwise as viewed from the rotor end.  If your distributor has the same shaft extension and turns counterclockwise, this one will work as a direct replacement. If you don't need the tachometer drive, we have a similar distributor available w/o tach drive at a much lower cost.  Please contact us for details.
