Product Return Policy:
With your purchase, Forklift Deals offers a 7-calendar day return policy. If notified within 7 calendar days from receipt of merchandise and the item is shipped via buyer pre-paid shipping back to Forklift Deals within 5 days of notification, Forklift Deals will refund your original purchase price less any outbound freight, handling and insurance. Item must be in original and unopened crate. If crate has been opened or damaged, there will be an additional 20% restocking fee and $150.00 for re-crating deducted from your refund. Return authorization must be provided to you in writing prior to return.
