The box you receive may or may not be one of these styles, because their are many designs made by fossil, these are just four designs to show you examples of the style of the boxes.

It is our passion to provide exceptional customer service and to exceed your expectations. The following terms and conditions are not meant to intimidate or hide anything from you but rather to provide you with answers to any questions you may have regarding our normal business practices. PLEASE DO NOT BID on any of our items without first reading these terms and conditions, as once you have placed a bid you will have agreed to these conditions.
Hours of Operation. We typically are available and at a computer from 8am-3pm PST except Saturdays Sundays and Tuesdays (our days off). If you need to contact us you can Email Us , but we prefer to be contacted through the "Contact Seller" function in our ebay account. If you contact us after hours or on our day off we will return your email as promptly as possible.
Feedback. We leave positive feedback once we receive your positive feedback. We ask that you give us a chance to fix any problems or concerns before leaving negative feedback for us. Once you are satisfied and happy with your purchase your positive feedback will be greatly appreciated. If we operate your transaction under the terms in this sales page you agree to leave positive feedback.
Payment. We accept Paypal only. It is the safest and fastest way to pay.
Photos. While we try very hard to provide the best possible pictures of our items we are by no means professional photographers. Colors may appear slightly different due to imperfect pictures or individual monitor settings on your personal computer. Please email us with any questions so we may help clarify any concerns.
Shipping and Handling Charges. Shipping and Handling charges are as stated in each auction. These prices include a small handling charge for high quality custom boxes and protective packaging. This fee is based on our actual costs and complies with all ebay policies regarding such fees.
Insurance. Insurance is a requirement in all of our auctions. We require purchasing insurance especially because were using low cost shipping options without tracking. We will accept all responsibility relating to your item being packaged securely and shipped out properly. We cannot help what happens during shipping and especially if it leaves the country.
Shipping Schedule. Because we allow a generous 7 days to pay, we typically ship every order within 4-7 business days after receiving cleared payment, because we want to make sure to not be rushed and possibly make mistakes. On rare occasions our computers do not update our eBay listings immediately when an item is sold in our physical store. In the rare event this happens, we may need an extra 2-3 business days to ship. On an even rarer case, if this happens, and the product has been discontinued, we will offer full 100% refund, or you can go to our store and choose an equivalent item ,we'll give you free shipping on that item, and refund your original shipping charge, so shipping ends up being completely FREE. We are not processing or shipping Items on Saturday and Sunday, so if you order something on Friday after hours then we will begin processing on Monday. Sales and Use Taxes. State and local taxes will be added to your winning bid if you live in the state of California. The rate is currently 8.25%. On international shipments the buyer is responsible for all customs fee's and other tax's applied by their governments.
Bid Retractions. Once you have placed a bid in one of our auctions, "Your bid is a legal contract" and you may not retract it for any reason without our express permission, which we may withhold in our sole discretion. Please DO NOT BID until you have all of the information you need about any of our items. We are always here to answer any questions you may have.
Communication to Seller. All communication to us should be sent through the "Contact Seller" feature in our ebay account. We will also answer questions through our Email address questions@garinejewelry.com.
Nonpaying Buyers. We do not tolerate nonpaying buyers (NPB's). If you are the winning bidder and you fail to contact us within 3 days after an auction closes or if you fail to pay within 7 days after an auction closes we will presume you are a nonpaying buyer, your purchase will be canceled, you will be reported to Ebay, and you will be barred from ever bidding again on our auctions. If however you contact us promptly and have run into financial or technical difficulties we will work with you in a reasonable manner.
Auction Termination. We reserve the right to terminate any auction prior to the closing date should the need arise. In that event we will notify each bidder, and let them know whether and when the item will be reposted.
Return Policy. We offer a 7 day 100% money back guarantee, we will accept returns up to 14 days with a 20% restocking fee. Buyer must contact us within 4 days after receiving the item if they wish to send it back. Shipping charges to and from and insurance will not be refunded. All tags must still be attached to item. Item must have no damage or scratches, and must be shipped back in any specialty box it came in (not the shipping box or envelope). The item will go through an inspection, and must be approved before refund will be given.
Disputes and Negative Feedback. Before opening any formal complaints, disputes or leaving negative feedback you agree to Contact Us and allow 24-48 hours for us to respond and correct any problems or offer alternative resolutions. You will find that we truly want to make you happy and even if a problem is not directly our fault we will make all reasonable efforts to find an agreeable resolution. If we just can't make you happy but we worked within the terms and condition above, you must not give a negative feedback, because you knew the terms before entering into the contract and everything we did was in accordance with the above terms and conditions. If we did work within the terms and conditions and you still leave negative feedback, it will be disputed and will be retracted by ebay.
