Shipping & Return Policy

Buyer agrees to pay fixed shipping/handling fee as listed above. Note that Shipping and Handling (S&H) is not just the postage. It also includes all our costs of processing and handling the order. If you are not willing to pay the specified S&H, please do not bid. Please email us first if you have any questions or problems with the item received. We will try our best to solve the problem for you. If we cannot help you through emails, we will give you return instructions. Buyers are responsible for shipping the items back for either replacement or refund. No refund or replacement will be processed without the item being returned back to us. We replace defective items free of charge. However if the returned item is found to be working properly, you will be required to pay another S&H for us to send the item back to you. If you request refund in this case, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund. S&H is also not refundable. A tracking (confirmation) # will be automatically sent to you through Paypal once your order has been processed. Please check your mailbox spam folder/filter or junk mail before asking us. (As you know the spam filter often does not work properly.) We offer shipping insurance to customers. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit if you do not purchase the shipping insurance. So shipping insurance is highly recommended. For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duty/tax if required by your customs. The customs are your "national gate" which has nothing to do with the item origination (U.S.A.). By paying customs, you are making contribution to your own country. However, we can mark the item as "commercial sample" which might save you from the tax.

Bid Cancellation

We do not cancel any auction bids, as majority of our auctions are fixed price items. According to Ebay policy on bid retraction, it is the responsibility of the buyer to retract his/her bid before the auction ends. Please visit eBay's policies on bid retraction here. Fixed price listings cannot be retracted. A non-pay reminder will be sent out after 7 days, followed by eBay strike if you do nyot pay for your bid. Please bid responsibly. Winning an auction is a binding contract, as stated clearly in eBay policies.

Warranty

All our products carry a standard 3-month warranty unless otherwise mentioned in the ad above. We replace defects within the warranty time period.
