Brand New Girls Size  4/5  Blue Active Sport Pants 4 Pockets-Zip Legs

This is a brand new with tag pair of active sport pants Size 4/5 Route 66 brand .  They are blue &  have an elastic  waist with tie accent.  Two pockets on front that zip shut.  Two pockets on back with blue snap closure.   There is a zipper on the legs at the sides.  If unzipped the pants have flare legs.  If zipped they are straight legs.   The waist measures 21 inches.    The inseam is 19  inches.  Fits a height of 39 -45 inches and a weight of 33-42 pounds.   Very comfortable.  From a smoke free home.
