Shipping All items will be shipped via Fedex and will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one available for signature when Fedex tries to deliver the package, you will need to pick up the package from your nearest Fedex facility. Please provide an address that Fedex can deliver to (Fedex cannot deliver to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes). Also provide a valid phone number during checkout so we can include this on your shipment. This will prevent any delays in shipment and it will allow Fedex to contact you if there are any delivery issues. We cannot request that Fedex delivers the package without signature; they will not remove the signature from the shipment.
Items normally ship within 24-48 hours. Some items may take additional handling time greater than 48 hours. If 2nd Day or Overnight shipping is requested, we will try and get those orders out first in the order they were received. Always calculate the 24-48 hours handling time when estimating the arrival date of your shipment. We will notify you if your item is expected to take longer than 48 hours to ship. We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. boxes or states outside the 48 contiguous states.
Not all products can be shipped international. If you do not see an international shipping rate during checkout, this means we cannot ship the item outside the United States. International customers are responsible for custom and duty taxes. Fedex will attempt to collect these taxes upon delivery of the shipment. We also reserve the right to collect the custom and duty taxes from you prior to shipping your item. We cannot prevent customs from holding your package. Providing a valid phone number during checkout will help alleviate any delays with your shipment.
Items that weigh over 80 pounds or greater than 28 inches in length must be shipped via freight. Shipping for these items is not free.
The prices for "2nd Day" and "Overnight" shipping will be listed during checkout.
