Payment:
Payment with Paypal must be received within three (3) business days upon committing to buy.  We prefer Paypal but also accept: Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express When paying with Paypal.If payment is not received or arranged within three (3) business days, the product will not be guaranteed to be in stock. We do not ship to PO APO and FPO Boxes

Shipping:
All items are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground
Shipments to Canada will go via FedEx Standard to Canada. We do not expedite to Canada.
For shipments to Canada, orders will be shipped as to not incur taxes, duties, or fees applied at the border.
Order going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will go 2nd Day Air and customer is responsible for shipping costs.
We only ship to the US and Canada. We do not ship to any other countries

Exchange, Return and Warranty Policies

Defective Items:
The E Warehouse must be contacted within 14 days after receiving the item
Exchanges are only offered if the item is not working due to factory defect
All exchanges must have an RA number otherwise the item will be refused

Non-Defective Returns:
Returns of non-defective items is only allowed if the item is unopened and unused
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restock fee
Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective returns

Warranties:
All warranties are valid in the US only by The E Warehouse
Any orders shipped to Canada must be serviced by The E Warehouse for warranty work
