Payment: All purchases must be paid in full within 7 days of end of auction. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars either through PayPal. NOTE* You do not have to be a member nor become a member of Paypal to submit payment.
Shipping: We ship 6 days a week except holidays. Most orders are shipped same day or within 24 hours. Shipping prices in listings relate to domestic shipping within the USA. "Please be sure your shipping address is up to date in paypal". Once a package has shipped we have no control over the length of time it will take for your goods to reach you and are unable to give you an accurate delivery date. We send a delivery confirmation # to your email address, so you can track your item throughout the delivery process. Shipping fees includes: shipping, packaging and delivery confirmation for First Class or Priority mail.
Insurance: We recommend that you purchase insurance to cover your item(s) for loss, damage, or non-delivery during the shipping process. We can not be held responsible if item is lost, damaged or non-delivery if insurance is not purchased. Insurance claims are to be filed by the buyer at their local post office.
Combined Shipping: I will combine multiple item purchases to a single shipping address. Since shipping costs are determined by weight, DO NOT combine purchases yourself. Please DO NOT pay for each item seperately, the shipping process may have already been started and we may not be able to combine shipping. When you are finished with your purchases, complete check out and wait for a combined shipping invoice.
International Shipping: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – "do not confuse them for additional shipping charges". We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. Most orders will be shipped by International First Class Air Mail, this is an uninsured service with no tracking and the buyer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. If you need your purchase quickly, ship via Priority Mail International which is quite reliable and has a limited tracking ability. Your local officials may hold your package for an extended period of time prior to contacting you. We have no control over this. You should contact your local Customs Office or Postal Service if your package seems to be delayed. Additionally, if the item(s) you ordered are rejected by your local customs officials and sent back to us, we will refund the purchase price of the merchandise, less any applicable restocking fees. We are unable to process returns for any seized, damaged, opened or lost items, so please be sure to check with your local customs office to be sure that you can receive the items you order. Insurance overseas is available please contact us prior to bidding for total cost. Please include a telephone number with International Orders as required by Customs.
Returns: PLEASE be very careful in selecting tricks, books, and videos from our online catalog, because the value of any magic effect lies within it's working and secret. We cannot make exchanges on any of the tricks, books and videos selected from this online catalog for any reason other than a defect in workmanship. Any effect found faulty in materials or workmanship will be replaced upon return of the faulty item. Be sure to enclose your eBay ID and return address. Items damaged in transit without insurance or due to misuse will not be accepted.
