Payment

Payment due within 7 days of auctions close. I prefer Paypal but will gladly accept money orders and even personal checks but please allow 10 days for these forms to clear my bank. I do file non paying bidders claims with ebay after 7 days so please do not bid if you do not intend to complete purchase. Sales tax will be charged to Indiana residents

Shipping

Shipping rate charges listed are good to the lower 48 only. Alaska and hawaii must email for a quote. Because we an authorized dealer for a variety of distributors, manufactures and even some international sources delivery times can vary from one product to the next. However the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped directly from the manufacture or their distributors warehouse via UPS or Fedex ground within 2 - 5 business days of reciept of payment. Many items are in hand and ship the next business by Ups or Usps from our location. Please allow 5 - 9 business days for delivery. Shipment notification with tracking info will be sent when available.

Availability of products are subject to change at any time. While we strive to keep an accurate inventory of products, our inventory levels change on a daily basis which may result in an outage of certain products. If a product you order becomes out of stock we will contact you immediately and you will have the option to cancel with a full immediate refund or have the product shipped to you when in stock usually within 2-4 weeks.

Customer service - Returns

We accept returns only if item is not as described. In the rare occasion of an item not as described or a shipping mistake we will offer a refund or exchange it for a new one. Most new items are covered by some kind of manufacture warranty and you should contact them. Used items are sold as is. Buyer must notify us within 48 hours by email for a RMA#. The return number must be written on outside of box for it to be accepted. All returns must be recieved within 7 business days of reciept. All returns must be complete and in original packaging with all items intact. Seller reserves the right to refuse any return. Shipping either way is non-refundable. All sales are final.

Combined shipping???

I certainly do !!! But since I sell just about anything and everything its hard to put an exact rule on this. If its small items then no problem but if its bigger things then My advice is to email me and I will do my best to make you a good shipping deal. Drop ship items will not qualify for any combined shipping as they will coming from different locations.

International shipping??

Sorry but no international shipping. I ship to the USA only. I list my flat rate charge to the lower 48. Alaska and Hawaii customers are very welcome but you need to email just to be sure of shipping charges. Most of the time it will remain the same or just slightly higher.
