Some merchandise listed below must be returned unopened and still wrapped to qualify. This does not include Pitching Machines or Batting Cages ! As we understand they must be removed from original packaging for use.

If you return an item on one of these categories or others, is opened or clearly used they will be considered used and refunds will be computed on a case by case basis. The items listed above must be in new condition for a full refund.

Bat Warranty

Aluminum/composite bats carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. Please call the manufacturer directly for Return Authorization. Proof of purchase is required, so we recommend that you keep your bat invoice. This is required by the manufacturers, not us.

Please feel free to email us for Team Quotes or your bulk orders. Make sure you mention this in your email and special pricing can be given in most circumstances. We will also take School purchase orders and Valid Credit Cards.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it is automatically moved into our order fulfillment queue. We ask you to be careful in your selections of sizes and colors and double check them before you check out. If you happen to make a mistake, you may contact us and request a change within 24hrs but if the order has already shipped you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. . When the item arrives email us and we will issue an RMA and a Ups Call Tag . Once Ups picks up the package we can then ship the correct item.

Orders on in stock merchandise placed by 6:00pm Central Time will be fulfilled within the same day. Out of stock or special orders time will vary depending on what it is.
