Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

New Rates for Shipping Carriers: Effective Feb. 5, 2007, the shipping charges for larger-size FedEx Gound packages will be calculated based on dimensional weight rather than on overside package definitions.
Dimensional weight is based on volume (the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight). If the cubic size of your FedEx Ground package measures three cubic feet (5,184 cubic inches) or greater, you will be charged the greater of the dimensional weight for the actual weight. Shipping charges for packages smaller than three cubic feet are based on actual weight.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at service.ca0108@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a handling fee. The handling fee/pick-up charge is $5.oo for any item we sell.

SHIPPING "LOCAL PICK UP" ITEMS: As the winning bidder, you must arrange and pay for packing and shipping. We'll be glad to give you item dimensions to get a shipping quote from whatever freight company you prefer.
