CREDIT CARD SPECIFICS:We need your name as it appears on the card, expiration date, the address the card bills you at, the address you want it shipped to, and your phone number. We will verify your billing address. Your order could be delayed if the address does not match. SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS
