Gorgeous Knee high boots from Matisse

Size 9

Style name "Magical"  Color "Chocolate" (brown)

Leather Upper.

Heel height: 3 3/4" inches.

Retail Price $226!

These boots are new but have a few minor scuffs from being on display/being tried on.  The scuffs were too minor to be captured in a photo.  There are also some scratches on the right heel.  Please see photos.
