Instructional DVD and detailed instructions are packaged with every sling.

This is such a great sling.  The padding is not bulky at all, and is only present at the shoulder.  This serves to provide just enough lift without making you (or baby) feel like you're wearing a pillow!  I also love this sling for its ease of use and quick learning curve.  The pocket in the "tail" of the sling is zippered and is wonderful for carrying keys, money, or even a diaper.
