·Items purchased inside of the state of Texas will be liable for paying sales tax which is 8.25% 

· We will email payment instructions to the winning bidder as soon as possible after the close of the auction as we can (usually within an hour during business hours).

 Include the item number, description, and mailing address along with your payment.

· Personal or business checks are not accepted for payment.

 Please also note that we only ship to a confirmed paypal mailing address.  Due to the fact that we are not covered if we ship something to a non-confimed address and the item comes up missing, we are the ones that are liable.

· Payment is due within 3 days (including holidays and weekends) from the close of the auction – no exceptions. After the 3rd day, we will try to contact you, but if we do not hear back from you within one day of contacting you, we will file a dispute with ebay on you and the non-paid item.

· Non-Paying Bidders will receive negative feedback and a Non-Paying Bidder Alert and Final Value Credit Fee will be filed with eBay – no exceptions.

Shipping

· We have a professional packaging department and adhere to shipping guidelines. You do not need to specially request good packaging, as we treat every package as if it were our own.

· Shipping will be made via UPS. We will ship your item as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

· Please provide a physical address for shipping, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

· We will include an Invoice in the package with your item when it is shipped, and we will email tracking information as we can after shipment (usually same day).

· Please understand that it is very possible that we will be unable to find an acceptable shipping method or the rates may be very expensive for larger items, so get a shipping quote prior to shipping.

Returns

                       Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise if there are any problems. Item MUST be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer! Returns are ONLY accepted if an item advertised as working arrives in non-working order or if the item is grossly misrepresented: Refunds for such items will be given as Money Back.

             Any items listed as "Parts or Repair Only" or "Sold AS IS" are ineligible for a refund or exchange, these items are sold AS-IS with NO warranty.

             If you receive an item that has sustained shipping damage, please contact us before opening the box. If the box is opened before an insurance claim can be filed, you may not be eligible for repair, replacement or refund.
