Shipping:
When the free method is select we may use several different means of shipping carriers and services to reduce the overal cost of shipping.
All in stock orders are usually shipped within (24) twenty-four hours of payment received, with the exception of orders place on late Saturday night, which will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. We ship orders 6 days a week. We strive to process, pack, and ship your orders quickly, with our goal of becoming a same day shipping seller for orders placed before 12 pm EST. Granted during various times of the season and volume of orders will dictate the quickness of the processing of your order.
We do not ship on national holidays or holidays the postal service recognizes. On most items we offer free standard shipping to orders shipped to the USA. The purchaser has the ability to upgrade the shipping method at their will. We use various shipping methods and postal carriers including UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, and DHL. Although we do our best to get orders into the hands of postal carriers as quickly as we can, we cannot guarantee the time of shipping when in the order is in the possession of the postal carrier.

International Orders
Our free shipping methods do not apply to international orders shipped outside the USA. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with shipped the order. For International orders most will be shipped USPS first class international or USPS priority mail. Buyer is responsible for all customs taxes associated with the order, we will not mark any item as a “GIFT”. Please consult with your local government about customs charges.
We reserve the right to decline any order made outside the USA due to country boycotts of certain items made in certain countries and high risk customs operations that usually prevent the product from being delivered to the client with in a timely manner. If an order is declined we will refund the purchaser the entire purchase price on the order in a timely manner. (PLEASE, we do not control country guidelines which may prevent us from shipping to your country. Do not blame us, we are just following the guidelines of your country, we ask that you do not give us negative feedback for occurrences that are included in this policy.)
Shipping Insurance:
We do not include shipping insurance into the price of the item. You are responsible for adding shipping insurance when paying for the purchased item. Shipping insurance will cover your order incase the item is lost, stolen, or damaged while in the possession of the mail carrier. If any of the events occur, we will be able to shipped you a replacement item at no cost to you.
If you choose to not purchase the insurance, we will not be held responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged while in the possession of the mail carriers. You will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund. We always recommend that you purchase shipping insurance on any item purchased online.
Packages not delivered:
If an order is shipped back to us by any of the postal carriers we use, the purchaser will be responsible for any shipping costs required to ship the item back to the costumer. Sometimes the postal carrier may not leave “packages on the door steps of your residence” when you are not home, they may keep the package and hold it for 30 days at their local office. (Usually this only pertains to large packages) If the item is not claimed they may return the item to us. This type of problem may also occur when the shipping address is incorrect. We strongly suggest that you review your shipping address and make sure that it is correct before purchasing any item on eBay, Amazon, or other Internet commerce solutions.
When this occurs and the purchaser does not want to pay for the item to be reshipped, we will refund the purchase price, minus shipping costs paid, or with our free method the actual cost of the shipping, and a $3.00 restocking fee. We cannot reship any product that isn’t in our possession. If the item is still in the process of being returned to us, we will only be able to reship the item or refund the purchase price once the product has arrived in our hands.
Carrier Damage Claims:
If the package is found to be damaged from carrier mishandling and insurance was purchased, buy must report this to us within (3) Business days of package arrival. Buyer must also verify with their local postal carrier who handled the package. We must receive verification from the carrier and the buyer. Once the damaged package is verified and all the steps are completed, we will be issued a insurance credit and a new product will be shipped to buyer free of charge.
Item Stock Status:
We strive to keep our costs and the products price as low as possible so that we can transfer the best deals on fashion items to you. Although we strive to keep the majority of the products we sell in house, we may from time to time, plus dwelling on the “popularity” of any item we sell, use other means of warehousing and shipping means. The item stock status in each listing will appropriately represent where the product are and will be shipped from and any information regarding the shipping procedure.
Items shipped from our Warehouse: We strive to keep a majority of our products we sell in house. Items shipped from our physical location will be shipped during our normal time frame of shipping, which is usually same or next business day shipping. From time to time, since we sell on several platforms a product may become unexpectedly out of stock, in this “special occurrence” we may have the product shipped directly from our distributor or the manufacturer, which may cause a slight delay in shipping times.
Items shipped from our Distributor or item manufacture: We may have some of our products directly shipped from our distributor to reduce the overall costs of the item, which may represent a very good bargain for you. In this case the product will be shipped directly from our distributor or the manufacturer of the item. There may be a slight shipping delay, but most orders are shipped within 2 business days of orders placed, with rare exceptions during holiday seasonal items may be delayed up to 3 or more business days to be processed, packed, or shipped.
Packaging:
Depending on the product purchased, we will use several methods of packing and shipping materials:
Poly Mailer: This is a light weight shipping material that reduces the costs of shipping. This method is usually used for light weight non-breakable items that require no padding to protect the product. Upon arrival the outside of the poly mailer package may include signs of wear from the movements within the postal carriers.
Envelope: Depending on the size of the product, some products may be shipping using an envelope. The envelope may be yellow or white in color.
Padded Envelope: Some items may be shipped using a padded envelop. This method helps to protect the product and reduce the total shipping cost.
Cardboard Box: This method is used for larger items or large orders that need protection. The box with materials such as peanuts and bubble wrap do on the other hand increase the total cost of shipping the product.
Brown Paper Wrap: On awkward sized products or item containers may have the product container wrapped with brown shipping paper and shipped itself without any outer shipping methods other than the brown paper wrap.
Return and Exchange Policy:
The Buyer has a 30 day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange the item purchased. The item must be in the original like new condition with the original packaging included and as is when product was delivered. Once the item is received, the buyer will be refunded the full purchase price, MINUS original “actual” shipping costs and a $3.00 restocking fee, unless the product was found to have a manufacture defect, which the full purchase price will be refunded. For non-defective products, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Some products are non-returnable upon opening the packages or worn because of manufacture guidelines such as CD’s, DVD’s, Software programs, or hygiene issues such as underwear, under garments, body jewelry that are worn, or hats. If these products were purchased and the buyer has NOT OPENED the items, they will be able to return the item, minus shipping and a restocking fee.
Consumable products such as batteries, lipstick, or makeup cannot be returned and is non-refundable.
Some products may have a manufacturer warranty. In this case it is suggested that the buyer contacts the manufacturer of the item purchased for items that have become defective after the 30 day window of our return policy or if the product comes with a manufacturer warranty instructs to contact the manufacture and not return to place of purchase.
If the purchaser would like an exchange on an item, we will pay for shipping to send the product to the costumer, after the costumer has shipped the original item back, to which the shipping must be purchased by the buyer.
To be issued a return, the buyer must contact us first, provide us with your name, billing and shipping address, the product and the reason for return. We will then issue the buyer the return instructions, including the return #. Items returning without prior contact and a valid return # will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
Payment Policy:
Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. If the payment is not received by the 7th day, we reserve the right to relist the item and we will issue a non-payment notice to eBay.

Out of Stock Occurrence:
Since we sell on several offline and online channels, it is possible that an item may slip through our inventory system become out of stock before the end of the auction.
