SHIPPING
All shipments go out on Tuesdays and Fridays after payment is in Seller's account. We will combine shipments for items that are fairly similar in shape, size and weight, most expensive item billed first, $2.50 after that. Some items are not combinable. Please inquiry with us if you are not sure. Please let us know if you are combining items so we will wait for all your auctions/sales to end before sending an adjusted invoice.
Insurance is optional, except on very fragile items, then it is including in the shipping/handling charge. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance on all items because we cannot be held responsible for post office handling once your package leaves our care. If your item is damaged on transit, please contact your post office for an insurance claim. Thank you!
RETURNS
Items insured that are damaged during transit are covered under the post office insurance. Non-insured items that are damaged or lost are no longer our responsibility. We do our best to package items very carefully, but mishaps occur.
Returnable items will be stated as such at the bottom of the auction page. Most new items are returnable or exchangeable if the item is badly misrepresented. However, we don't accept returns on items simply because the buyer "didn't like it" once it was received. Please know what you are buying, and ask any questions you may have beforehand. We will provide all the information we have available. If something is wrong when you get your item, please contact us. All watches and other such workable items are tested prior to being mailed. Watches will often arrive with the "wind" button on the side pulled out so as not to wear down the battery. Otherwise, the battery may be included separately and need to be installed by the buyer. Some items have small plastic tabs to protect the battery. Pull the tabs out to get the item working.
