Return policy
A: We offer a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) provided that the following conditions are met:
A. We must be notified by the customer within 7 days of delivery of item, that the item will be returned.
B. The item must be shipped or postmarked within 14 days of when the item was originally delivered.
C. Item must be in original new condition and must include all original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee or refuse to accept the returned item if any of these conditions are not met. |
