Customer Service: We try out utmost to be fair and considerate to all our customers. Customers' emails are responded to as soon as possible, but sometimes it can take between 24-48 hours for a response. During weekends and holidays, please wait until the next business day for a response.
If you experience a problem with an item purchased, please contact us to resolve the issue before leaving feedback.
All positive feedback left for us will be returned.

When leaving positive feedback for us, it is also vital to leave a five-star rating for all categories. Even though a four-star rating may seem decent to you, eBay regards anything under five-stars negatively, and it will result in our account being adversely affected.

Shipping: Items paid for before Friday will ship out within 24 hours from when payment is received. Items purchased on Friday will be sent out on the same day or on the following Monday. Most items ship out with USPS Priority mail, please check item description to verify which service will be used. Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with the paypal account used for payment.

Sales Tax: Items shipped within the state of Florida will be subject to 7% sales tax.

Returns: We try our best to describe items as accurately as possible. If you receive an item that doesn't match the description, please contact us within seven days to be eligible for a full refund. Returns for any other reason must first be approved, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Upon informing us of return, the item must be received in original condition within 7 days. If item shows signs of usage after the complaint has been filed, or is in worse condition than from when you received it, we will be unable to provide a full refund.

Clean ESN: Verizon and Sprint phones cannot be used on their respective networks when the phone has been reported lost or stolen. Unless stated otherwise, all our Verizon and Sprint phones are guaranteed to have a clean ESN. If the phone does not have a clean ESN, you will receive a full refund (including shipping paid). 
Sometimes a phone isn't reported lost or stolen, but is still associated with another account, this isn't uncommon. If this is the case, please give us 72 hours to release the phone from it's previous account. If we are unable to succesfully release it, you can return the phone for a full refund (including shipping paid).

Please understand, when dealing with used phones, there's an increased risk of something going wrong. Please provide us with sufficient time to resolve an issue before leaving negative feedback. We stand by our products, and will do our best to resolve issues.
