Shipping: We are absolutely not responsible for any import
tax; value added tax, purchase tax, customs clearance fees, etc. for
international shipments. Items are usually shipped out on the next business day
after payment is received.
In some cases, it may take
2-5 business days to ship. And please purchase the shipping insurance to secure
your item; we use 3rd party Insurance Company for shipment to expedite the service.
We are absolutely not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages. If
you pay for overnight the payment has to be received before 12pm PST otherwise
it will be shipped a day after we receive your payment. We do not ship on
Saturdays or Sundays or major holidays.
In some areas FedEx/UPS
doesn’t provide service (APO, AE, HI, PR, PO BOX...) and
we will use UPS or USPS. No delivery on Saturday and Sunday for FedEx /UPS
Express and Overnight.
Payment: We ship to confirmed addresses ONLY. You can
pay with pay pal.
Insurance: We are not responsible for any damages or
lost of item by shipping carriers, please make sure to add $4 to your payment
for every $500.00 to insure your package. By paying the insurance fee you will
not be responsible for any damages to the item during the shipping and you are
fully protected by insurance company.
EBay policy: We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any
time for any reason. Have your entire question answered before bidding. If you
bid and win the item, you are bound by eBay to purchase it. In case of
cancellation of the transaction the bidder will be charged $5.00 for listing
and processing fees to avoid negative feedback and eBay unpaid item strike.

Returns: All sales are final. Do not ask for refund if you
receive a defective, dead on arrival or not as describe since we offer

Exchanges will gladly be honored
if item is DOA (dead on arrival) (buyer is responsible to send it the item
back).
We offer exchanges if the
item shipped was not received as described or if the item was dead on Arrival.
Buyer must notify us
within 72 hours of receiving the item.

products are eligible for EXCHANGE only if we are notified within 72 hours of
receiving item and returned within 3 days of receipt, unused, in original

for completeness and condition upon receipt back before a replacement can be

For ANY RETURN there will
be a $10.00 shipping charge which is not refundable under any circumstances.

Warranty: you have 3 days upon the receipt to check your
purchase and make sure it’s not factory defective or damaged and purchase
warranty for the item, Square Trade offers up to 3 years warranty, please be
sure to purchase warranty so you will be safe since we do not offer any
warranty on any item unless we advertise for it.
