This is a first printing and has been graded by CGC as 9.8.  This is a great issue and with the pending Deadpool movie this is sure to be a sought after book.  This features the first appearance of Deadpool, created by Rob Liefeld and Fabian Nicienza.  If you have any questions, please email me.
