I do accept returns, but do not refund postage. Payment If you are paying by check, please note it takes 10 business days for a check to clear.  Your purchases will not be mailed until your check clears.  Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase to receive your items.  Paypal offers an e-check service and checks clear in 5 business days.  You should have your items within 2 weeks of purchase.  Shipping Insurance is optional, however I am not responsible for unreceived  or damage items if it is not purchased.  Shipping confirmation number is provided via email.  I generally ship Priority Mail, but will ship parcel post if it saves the buyer money.  Shipping to Canada is usually via First Class Mail and most other countries are generally done with Global Priority Mail through the USPS.  Shipping charges for Europe and are between $15-30 depending on the weight of the item.  Ebay will not calculate shipping correctly you must request an invoice.    I am only able to ship to a CONFIRMED address if you use PayPal.  If you would like your purchases sent to an unconfirmed address you will need to pay by check or money order.  This protects both the buyer and seller from fraud. I ship Monday Wednesday and Friday, however as the mother of two young children, occasionally I am not able to do so.  International and APO orders must be shipped from the post office and I try to do so on Mondays and Fridays.
