I do accept returns, but do not refund postage. No refunds or exchanges accepted on seasonal items (ie. Valentine's Day, St Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas) 3 weeks prior to the holiday. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will do my best to resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.    At any time should have a special request, questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me. Payment If you are paying by check, please note it takes 10 business days for a check to clear.  Your purchases will not bemailed until your check clears.  Please allow up to 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase to receive your items.  Paypal offers an e-check service and checks clear in 5 business days.  You should have your items within 2 weeks of purchase.  Shipping Insurance is optional, however I am not responsible for unreceived  or damage items if it is not purchased.  Shipping confirmation number is provided via email.  I generally ship Priority Mail, but will ship parcel post if it requested and it saves the buyer money.  Shipping to Canada and Europe is generally done with Global Priority Mail through the USPS.  Shipping charges for Canada and Europe are between $8-$15 depending on the weight of the item.  I am only able to ship to a CONFIRMED address if you use PayPal.  If you would like your purchases sent to an unconfirmed address you will need to pay by check or money order.  This protects both the buyer and seller from fraud. I ship daily, however as the mother of two young children, occasionally I am not able to do so.  International and APO orders must be shipped from the post office and I try to do so on Mondays and Fridays.
