Return Policy:
Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Warranty & Return/Refund




1. Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange . **Please read our Return/Refund policy for details**

2. Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user part.

3. Items should be returned with original packages.

4. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.

5. No refund accepted after 30 days of receipt.

6. Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

7. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements.
