from Toolprice. This email will provide you with
a link to purchase and checkout with payment by PayPal,
Credit Card, Check, or Money Order. Our checkout system gives
you the ability to combine auction purchases and check order
status including tracking information. |

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most smaller items are shipped via United Stated Post Office
(USPS) with delivery confirmation.
Our shipping service includes shipping and handling. Sorry, will call is not available. We ship to the USA only.
We do ship small items (under 1 pound) to PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. |

ORDER TRACKING:
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow
3-6 business days transit time for delivery. You will be emailed
a tracking number once your package has been shipped. You can also
check the status of your order and track your package after
it has been shipped. |

California residents pay 7.75% sales tax. |

RETURN POLICY:
We want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event
you are unsatisfied, you may return the item providing it is
in the same condition as received and it is within 30 days of your invoice date.
All damaged and / or defective items must be reported within 5
days of receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable. A restocking fee
of 20% may be applied to returned merchandise. Returns
are not accepted without a prior return authorization number. |
