All items paid for by 4:00pm EST, Monday - Friday, will be packaged that afternoon and shipped out the following business day.
All items paid for after 4:00pm Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday, will be packaged on Monday afternoon and ship out with Tuesday's mail.
We do not package items over the weekend, but we are normally available to answer questions.

*** Is there a buy-it-now for this Auction item? All items must go through a 7-day auction process before a buy it now is applied, if they don't sell in a 7-day auction they go into store inventory format which is all buy-it-now.
*** What is the combined shipping rate? Combined shipping is based on weight & location, so if you are interested in combined shipping estimate, please send me the auctions you are interested in as well as the zipcode they will be mailed to.
*** What is your return policy? Unfortunately at this time we can not take returns. The only way we would do a return is if the item was GROSSLY misrepresented.
*** Do items come from a pet free home? No, We have pets so if you are sensitive to pet hair etc. you should know this.
*** Do items come from a smokefree home? We don't know this answer - All of our items come from auctions, estates, etc. There is no way for us to know if the items come from a smoke free home. We do try and take precautions, but sometimes items from a smoking environment do make it onto the auction block.
