Gowns have no tears or flaws that make them unwearable. May have some loose or missing beads or threads or areas that are repairable. May have small, non-major smudges/spots that are cleanable. may be missing buttons, loops or hooks and eyes. zipper may need repair, but this is very seldom.
*perfect condition=ready to go, may need a loose bead repair, a smudge cleaned (they even come in new from the manufacturer this way) then ready to wear, Good condition=needs a small repair to be worn such as button, loop or hook and eye or zipper, smudge clean etc then ready to wear.
