eBay's "Get It Fast" program requires us to ship express and priority next business day. NOTE we have no control over WHEN USPS actually delivers the item. Our Express mail rates and delivery times EXCLUDE weekends and postal holidays. Special arrangements need to be made if you need your item delivered over a weekend or postal holiday. You should actually speak to or correspond via email with us to be sure we can provide any special services other then straight USPS Express delivery. USPS is charging extra for delivery on these days, you the buyer would have to absorb the cost.
Shipping Details: We ship M-F excluding postal holidays. Packages of single piece items are normally packaged next business day after cleared payment is received and shipped the same day or following morning.
We consider a USPS first class package lost after:
- 30 days if it is shipped to the USA
- 60 days if it is shipped to Italy or France
- 45 days if it is shipped to all other international countries
If your package does not arrive within that time period, please let us know we will issue a replacement or a refund.
Because of Pay Pal rules, we MUST ship items in the manner which they were paid and to the address given to us by pay pal. If you need an address correction after payment is made, we will have to refund the payment and have you pay again with the proper information. NOTE this is a large automated operation, emails are not all necessarily read BEFORE shipments are made. Please be sure to have all your information correct before you make payment, we may not be able to stop shipment on a paid item.
Payment Details: We accept PAY PAL and credit card via pay pal or phone. Pay pal's system will allow you to make a credit card payment without opening an account. We expect all items to be paid for within 3 weeks of auction date.
Returns: BFFjewelry accepts returns FOR ANY REASON. Please return the item promptly within 30 days of receiving item, in the original packaging. Full refund will be granted if original plastic bag with inventory tag is included in return. You can ship back in any appropriate box or envelope.
**Returns without original bags and tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
On single jewelry items - You will receive a full refund including shipping paid or our US 1st Class rate, whichever is less. (No return shipping unless the item not as described) or there is an issue with the item, if this is the case US buyers can request that we email them a postage paid return label. International buyers can request reimburstment for return shipment only if a quote is given and approved buy us before item is shipped. Lots & Other items – Lots are only returnable as a unit. We will return only purchase price, no shipping either way. (Unless item was not described correctly)
