It now equals 313 mths. Hit (TP) for Total of Payments. 360mths=$648,000  313 mths=$594,646  You save $53,354 by paying the extra $100 mthly. You can run other scenarios using differing amounts towards the principal & loan term.  

INVESTMENT RENTAL PROPERTY

I found a property that I can buy for $100,000 bottomline @ 6% fixed that is currently rented out for $1000/month.
