2. ink leakage with original unopened seal.

Ink Cartridges are eligible for one FREE replacement (from wear or manufacturer’s defect) within 1 year from date of purchase.

To apply for a replacement:

Please send us an e-mail with the invoice number.

Customer must ship back the defective cartridge including all of its parts (computer chip and rubber stopper) before we will send out a replacement.

The replacement will be sent out within 2 business days via USPS Ground. For expedited shipping, the customer is responsible for extra charges.

Payment:

Payments must be received within 10 days of purchase. If we don't receive the payment within 10 days, our system will automatically report you to ebay as a nonpaying bidder.

Shipping:

1. Shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility; Ink Nova USA does not mark-up the shipping charges.

2. Ink Nova USA will ship the products within 2 business days after payment is received.

3. Ink Nova USA will ship via USPS Priority Mail for U.S. domestic orders.

4. For international orders, please advise destination details for calculation of shipping charges.
