Our Policy
The following policy is necessary to maintain our savings and service for our customers. International Orders: Due to restraints beyond our control, we are not able to fulfill international orders from our store at this time. U.S. ONLY!!! Each order is reviewed by an order specialist. Adjustments to the estimated shipping charges may be made due to oversize, overweight, requests for expedited shipping and shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Expedited delivery service is available and quoted upon request. Adjusted orders will not be shipped without your final approval. Shipping charges, if adjusted for oversize/weight or expedited, are based on actual UPS shipping rates. Estimated delivery date is determined by UPS time in transit charts. All items will be insured and included in the shipping cost. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION!!! Please contact us for any special requests or specifying size and color when applicable. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. We accept Discover, Visa and Master Card thru Paypal. Paypal orders will be shipped to CONFIRMED ADDRESS ONLY!!! All merchandise is new, factory fresh unless otherwise noted.
Returns for refund:
All returns must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to return.
If the item is returnable for refund and is in factory fresh condition, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. If the item is
in less than factory fresh condition, as described below, such as scratch and dent, obvious wear, missing accessories and
manuals, but is still accepted for return, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied.
Factory Fresh Condition: Returns must include all original packaging and accessories and be in factory fresh condition, as received with no signs of wear. Stickers and protective films must still be in place. All manuals, literature and warranty papers must be returned with no marks or dog ears. Returns will be inspected and determined by our sole discretion whether or not they are acceptable for return and credit. Your purchase could be returned to you without a refund if your return is incomplete or shows excessive wear and/or abuse. Please do not purchase unless you are sure the item is indeed what you want.
Shipping is customer responsibility. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund on orders.
Returns cost everyone money. Because of our return policy, we are able to offer you our best prices on brand new, factory fresh merchandise every time. We do not sell returned merchandise as new.

Defective returns:
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the exact same item only, if available, or handled through the manufacturers warranty and policy.
Defective merchandise must be reported as soon as possible, but within 14 days from shipment date.
Shipping in all cases is your responsibility, however, in nearly every case, when your return is due to defective merchandise for exchange for the exact same model, your return shipping is covered.
Damaged in Shipment:
Obvious or concealed damage in shipment must be reported by you, directly to the shipper immediately. Keep all packaging. All items will be insured and included in the shipping cost. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION. In the event the package is lost or damaged, Trader Jon’s will provide you with “proof of delivery.”
Warranty claims:
Warranty returns can be returned directly to the manufacturer or authorized repair facilities for repair or replacement according to specific manufacturer’s warranty. Trader Jon’s will facilitate your warranty claims. In some cases, compensation for warranty repairs or adjustments can be allowed for your convenience. Policy subject to change without notice. Some exceptions and restrictions may apply. Not responsible for typographical errors.

Trader Jon’s makes every effort to be fair with everyone and respond in good faith. Occasionally we have a customer that is disingenuous and seems to go out of their way to take advantage of honest merchants. Some of our policy has evolved to help protect us, and you, from unfair customers. The overwhelming majority, 99.9%+, of customers out there are a joy to work with and we look forward to serving your needs and pledge to do our very best to make you happy every time.
