At Hackva helmets we only have 1 model- the Hackva 2608.  We don’t feel the need to offer gimmicks such as 1 layer of Kevlar, half a layer of Kevlar, or reinforced in order to create a whole line of masks. 

We believe our construction is the best lay-up possible and rather than create inferior masks we offer the best that we can do as the stock.  As goalies we wouldn’t take a chance with our heads and we don’t expect you to either. 

The Hackva Gm 2608 consists of a hand laid shell constructed with a full layer of Kevlar sandwiched in between layers of high grade fiberglass with the inside of the mask finished with a full layer of Carbon.  We have found that this construction provides the ultimate balance of flexibility and stiffness. 

All of our masks are hand laid, hand cut, hand painted, and hand assembled with the utmost pride.  Before a mask leave our plant, it is given a 17 point inspection before it is bagged, boxed, and shipped.  It is for this reason that we are able to offer a LIFETIME warranty on the shell.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• All shipping and handling fees are calculated after the auction ends.
• We ship worldwide but recommend that all buyers email us for shipping quotes prior to the end of the auction.
• US shipment fees include all duties and brokerage fees.
• We ship orders in a prompt manner, usually the same day the order is called in via Purolator Courier. Tracking numbers are available within 48 hours after your order is shipped

TAXES

• Canadian residents pay all applicable taxes.
• Ontario and the Maritimes pay 13% GST/PST/HST, while all other provinces pay 5% GST only.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

• We accept exchanges on all unused items within 7 days of the end of the  auction.
• All returns must be phoned in to aquire an RA number, which must be clearly shown on the outside of the package upon return.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping fees both ways on returns and is responsible for all duties incurred.
• Refunds will carry a 15% restocking fee.

PAYMENT

• Payment is due within 3 days after the auction ends or the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cashiers Cheques and International Money Orders only.
• If you are sending a money order, we require a phone call or an email in advance.

FEEDBACK

• People with no feedback rating must contact us prior to bidding.
• Bidders with a negative feedback rating will have all bids cancelled.
