Return & Replacement Policy

We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA (Returned merchandise authorization).

All items are supplied with a one year warranty. If the item you received is defective in any way, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the same item type to you. The warranty covers against defective workmanship only, misuse or willful damage will render the warranty void.

Defective products must be returned within 15 days from the date you placed your order. We will refund you the full product price (no shipping and packing fee)
