Product Description
Featuring a battery-operated monitor displaying speed, distance, workout time, calories burned, and heart rate, this cross-training machine employs a heavy-weighted flywheel-resistance and belt-drive train so it operates silently and smoothly. The elliptical motion blends stair climbing, cycling, skiing, and walking in a single movement for a non-impact aerobic workout that also firms and tones buttocks, hamstrings, quadriceps, thighs, and calves. In forward motion, quadriceps, buttocks, lower abdomen, hips, and thighs are targeted. In reverse motion, hamstrings, lower buttocks, hips, thighs, and calves are targeted. Foam-padded for comfort, dual-action handlebars add an upper-body workout to tone and firm arms, chest, shoulders, and back.
Eight levels of resistance are available and can be varied without interrupting a workout by turning a knob. The cross-trainer's frame is heavy-duty steel. Floor protectors safeguard a workout area and prevent skidding. Assembled (instructions included), the cross trainer measures 56 inches long x 26 inches wide x 60-1/2 inches high and weighs 99 pounds. Built-in rollers permit the machine to be easily moved around.
