Action Co. Web Surcingle

This is a new surcingle made by Action Co., model #23383.  It is made of heavy, 4" cotton webbing with shock foam panels and nylon lining.  Rings and dees are correctly positioned for attaching training aids.  The surcingle is full size.  It is 84" long. The surcingle is red and blue stripped with black trim.
